The Law of Least Effort

Today is law of least effort day. The seven spiritual laws of success says nature’s intelligence functions with effortless ease…with carefreeness, harmony, and love. And when we harness the forces of harmony, joy, and love, we create success and good fortune with effortless ease. There are three components to the Law of Least Effort. The first component is acceptance. You can wish for things in the future to be different, but in this moment you have to accept things as they are. The second component is responsibility. Having accepted this circumstance, this event, this problem, responsibility then means the ability to have a creative response to the situation as it is now. And the third component is defenselessness. If you just relinquish the need to defend your point of view, you will in that relinquishment, gain access to enormous amounts of energy that have been previously wasted. You do not need to justify; simply declare your intent to yourself, and you will experience fulfillment, delight, joy, freedom, and autonomy in every moment in your life. How can we apply the law of least effort to our life? We can 1 practice acceptance. Be in the now. If you find yourself wishing you where some where else than where you are or find yourself talking about a bad experience you had for like the last 15mins, a hour or a day or more later. Stop, and bring yourself to the present moment. Meaning what you are doing at the time of you mind wondering. What to know more about being in the present moment? Check out Eckhart Tolle's The Power of Now. 2 Having accepted things as they are, I will take Responsibility for my situation and for all those events I see as problems. Every problem is an opportunity in disguise. Practice Defenselessness, relinquish the need to defend your point of view. Which is kind of crazy cause i had an experience earlier today where my ego took over me and my pov(point of view) was just coming out of my ears i was talking about it so bad. I am at the point where i notice myself saying and doing these things. And i am trying to control it. I will get there sooner or later. If any of you have a experience w/ the law of least effort let me know about it. And if you have any advice as to how me or other readers can be better at this law, by all mean let us know.
