Karma and Least Effort

Let me give you a review of yesterday. I wake up in the morning and take my man to work. On the way home something says stop by the beach. So I go to the beach and sit on the sand and mediate. I take in the smell in the air (saltwater) breeze blowing thought my hair. I take in the sound of the sea crashing on the sand. I take all that in and clear my mind. I guess i was out there for about 20 mins. Came home, read my tao mediation book. And wrote out my thanks in my gratitude book. I was feeling kind of edgey but i didn't pay it now mind. Want to pick up my man from work came home and we get in a agruemet. I have learned to really notice my ego when it out there. The law of karma say what ever you put out you are sure to get it in return. Nice to him. I loved him. And he was calm. I can still see his ego tiring to tell him not to talk to me but what can you do when someone is already being nice to you. Today I want to the beach and meditated came home. He is kind mad at me but not I guess. I woke up this morning happy. I said good morning to him and everything. While at work I was on the cnbc website and was watch video of the big idea. I watched this clip about this fashion designer who started w/ $40 dollars and has a billion dollar business. When watching that my intuition fleshed to me that that what I love to do I need to do it. I saw myself as a fashion designer. I want to work in a project.and I have made some goals. I dont know what else to say but if anyone applys these laws they will see a change.

Re-program your psyche

I have discovered affirmations on this spiritual path of mind. What are affirmations you maybe asking. Affirmative statements you make to yourself designed to "re-program your psyche". They reprogram your psyche by using energy that is directly related to the universe then the universe relates back to us by manifesting it in the external. I have discovered that affirmations are a useful tool for influencing the way my energy or (vibrations) and my actions, influence the universal flow as it relates to my life. Even if you don't think affirmations work, they are at work in our lives. When we think of lack and limitation we get lack and limitation. When a person says they are broke, they create the flow of lack and the universe responds by giving just that lack and limitation. Affirmations can change the way you look at things; at yourself, your problems, your hopes and dreams You can create your own affirmation for changing your life. You can get books on affirmations and use those. But I advice that you only use those if it touches you at the heart and soul. You have to feel your affirmations at the core of you (heart and soul). It has to click as one book put it that i read. If you can't find one that clicks for you in a book, then on to creating your on. Write your affirmations so they are stated in a positive and powerful way. Recite your affirmations with energy and conviction. Recite them on a regular basis (I recite mind at least twice a day and whenever I need a boost). If an affirmation feels stale, tweak it, change it, or trash it and start over. Have a strong faith to support your affirmations. You have to believe in your affirmations. If you are having trouble. Recite them when you wake up and before you go to bed at night or recite them when you are in a relax mood. "Ships come in over calm waters" I read. Mediation is good to calm your waters to be able to give energy, good vibes so your ships come in. In other words for your affirmations to manifest to the external. Affirmations do work. Some of mind are "Courage, I now have courage. For the universe and I are one.", "God makes a way where there is no way."

The Law of Pure Potentiality

The source of all creation is pure consciousness…pure potentiality seeking expression from the unmanifest to the manifest.And when we realize that our true Self is one of pure potentiality, we align with the power that manifests everything in the universe.
One way to access the field is through the daily practice of silence, meditation, and non-judgment. Spending time in nature…
Practicing silence means making a commitment to take a certain amount of time to simply Be. I did that today. I have made a goal to mediate for 5 mins a day and increase by 1 min each week. I did and I am still at the point where a thought or two run by but i know it working. I am just starting this blog and hope everyone who is looking find it. Its crazy I was watching The Big Idea on CNBC and they where talking of how to make change in your life. And they where talk of affirmations and how they change the subconsciousness so things manifest. Thought to myself hey i use affirmations. So like earlier today i was thinking of my clothing line and on whether or not i should do it. After see the show on the cnbc http://www.cnbc.com/id/24929383 from June 2rd show. I am going to do my clothing line. Mediate, do your affirmations. If you don't have one create your own and say them everyday. And don't judge. I am working on the no judge part. Surprisingly come to think of it I didn't complain much today. I know I didn't get mad in traffic. Anyhow keep on you path. All my Love
